As the week would have it only more and more good music keeps entering the universe as bad music exits and that’s a blessing. Today we’ve been blessed with a cover of one of Frank Ocean’s Orange Channel tracks, Forrest Gump. Forrest Gump by Grace Weber is instantly one of my favorite new songs as it captures the true soul and songwriting of the original in a new way. It also speaks true to Weber’s roots as she has decided to shoot the video inside of a church with a sound that speaks directly to the spirit.
After having so much success with her past single, Elated, Weber is diving in deep with covering a song that was on one of the best albums of 2012. In this visual, you will find Weber with her band members putting their soulful spin on Forrest Gump by Frank Ocean.
