Today we have a special treat for all of the hip-hop lovers out there. I’m sure you all enjoyed the last Stereotapes 006 powered by Normaling but this one right here is one of the best yet! To make sure Stereotapes Volume 007 we enlisted, the legendary MarcNFinit, straight out of Virginia Beach to produce the soundtrack of Stereo Champions via the mix. Thankfully the Howard University and Omega Recording School graduate known for producing, engineering and DJing; stepped up to the challenge to make this one special.
MarcNfinit has also been known to make an impact on the music scene for over the past decade by Djing venues such as Love Nightclub, and a list of other hot night spots in the DMV area. He’s also worked on projects for Wale, Raheem Devaughn, Skyzoo, Jay IDK and more. Although he got tons of placement he still spins to stay sharp on the 1200s so we are definitely fortunate to have him power this mixtape with his skills.

Right off the bat, the first thing you notice with this tape are the names on the tracklist. Not only does it features some of the best spitters like Nick Grant, J. Cole, Rapsody, Rahiem Supreme, and GoldLink; there’s also a fine balance of great vocalists like Snoh Aalegra, Ari Lennox, and Jorja Smith as well. This is definitely one of those mixes you’ll want to put on while you’re taking that long trip to music festivals in the spring or simply catching a train up to NYC to enjoy the city.
