When you bring in a new year it’s only right to bring it in with good music. Thanks to the champs Normaling, they have put their spin on building a soundtrack for Stereo Champions and now you get the great opportunity to enjoy it. This mixtape is unlike any of our previous mixtapes as it highlights several elements of what Stereo Champions is all about (interviews, music, gaming, movies, and events). Starting with a high energy intro as if you’re going into deep space while playing Starwars Battlefront the tape picks up speed with Baltimore Club classic remixes of KW Griff’s Bring In The Katts featuring DJ Porkchop and many other club bangers.
One of the things I enjoy most about the mixtape is the tracklist as there is an array of different artist that you may or may not have heard of before. Some that jumps out to me initially includes Motor, Madame, Kruger, Xavionworld, Gener8ion and Daze. Initially, when taking a first listen to this powerful mix it felt as if Pac-Man himself took over the turntables and started jamming out while killing all of the ghost with one wild-ass power move. To no surprise, it seems that Normaling has outdone themselves once again by making sure this tape is a thrill to listen to.
As the mix evolves you’ll feel yourself traveling through a dream as if you’rein a high-speed chase, going 110 mph through Miami Beach. The mix then begins to settle down and take off with the true sounds of Baltimore, that’s right Baltimore Club music followed by Low Drop ft. Rye Rye & TT the Artist (Banginclude X Comrade Remix) by Normaling. Overall, this will be a mix you’ll be able to enjoy for years to come as it’s timeless and full of energy.
After hearing The Work It (R4 Remix) track by Missy Elliot I was pretty sold on making this my new workout mix. I’d def suggest it for all of you champs as well. Definitely be sure to continue to follow everything Normaling and let us know what you think about the mix below.
