We had the awesome opportunity to link with Mighty Mark to hear about how he got started with Baltimore Club music in 2008. He’s an all-around music lover and has the passion to produce the hottest tracks. Since the passing of K-Swift, he’s been active in making sure himself and his peers become beacons of club music right now.
Interestingly enough, he actually hated club music when he got started, but it grew on him and he loved the energy that would come from creating hot tracks. After getting the opportunity to send tracks to K-Swift, who is best known for her track “Hands Up Thumbs Down” and being on the radio at 92Q, Mark managed to capitalize on the excitement and continue to produce Baltimore Club music for the city.
Check out this really cool story he shares about getting his start in producing some of the club tracks that you’ve learned to love so much. After hearing this story, it definitely gives you a strong respect and perspective as to why his sound has grown so much and why he spends countless hours in his famed blue wall studio. Yup, I’m going to coin the term now, Mighty Mark’s famous, Blue Wall Studio.
