Not only were the Cleveland Cavaliers able to win back their prize star in LeBron James, they have now been able to persuade the Minnesota Timberwolves to trade them Kevin Love for Andrew Wiggins and Anthony Bennett with several other trade deals made with the Philadelphia 76ers in the process as well. Kevin Love seems to be a legit fit for the Cavs as the city of Cleveland is desperately looking to end the drought and win their first Championship title since the 1964 Cleveland Browns.
Although critics are skeptical about how Love’s defense will play out in the bigger scheme of things, I believe he’ll be a great addition to the new squad the Cavs are building in northeast Ohio. He definitely has the potential and ability to become a great defender and grow his game, similar to how LeBron was able to grow and develop his game once he left for South Beach a few years ago. I say keep your eyes open on this new found place for Kevin Love. I’m sure he’s going to transition and do just fine for the Cavaliers this year.
