In less than 24 hours Big Baby D.R.A.M. will be embarking on his first headline tour, but by any means it wasn’t an easy road to get to this point. Back in 2015 when the Hampton,VA native burst onto the scene with the smash Cha-Cha, the whole industry took notice all the way to even Beyoncé posting videos on Instagram of her dancing to the record. Not too long after Drake would ironically drop his most successful song to date Hotline Bling which sounded strikingly similar to Cha-Cha. You can kind of say Drake’s dance tune blocked anymore light on that would’ve been shed on D.R.A.M.’s hit leaving many to wonder if he’d bounce back from the snub. He came back even stronger proving to all of the critics that he isn’t just a one hit wonder with the banger Broccoli featuring Lil Yachty which went double platinum and would become the first single off of his debut self-titled album released in October. In support of his album D.R.A.M. will be traveling around the world on a 34 date tour which kicks of January 13th in Nashville, TN. He’s also recruited some young heavy hitters like Dreamville’s first lady Ari Lennox, Toronto singer River Tiber, and Atlanta rapper Nebu Kiniza to make sure this is an unforgettable tour. Already sold out in a few cities like DC and New York it’s safe to say that this one will be one you don’t wanna miss champs so check out the dates below and make sure you cop your tickets before you have the Jordan crying face.
