Gucci Mane – “Back On Road (Feat. Drake)”
Drake – “4PM In Calabasas”
I guess when Drake said that he was “playing dirty, not clean” on “Summer Sixteen,” he meant it. And it’s looking as if he’s more than ready to prove that he’s still the best in the game this year. It’s been a crazy first half of 2016 with great music, and he’s certainly kept his name in the conversation, especially after the release ofViews. This week alone has been a good one for the “6 God” with DJ Khaled dropping the Drake-assisted single “For Free” and a special hour long set mix through his OVO Sound Radio platform with Apple Music. If you weren’t able to tune in, OVO’s most recent episode was a special one for the Hip-Hop culture.
In the midst of his hour long mix, which included a “One Dance” remix with Justin Bieber, Drake had the world’s attention with new music. Fans were excited with the premiere of a new Gucci Mane track, “Back On Road,” but Drizzy was far from done with the gems. Soon after, “Time Stamp Drake” returned to form in his latest release, “4PM In Calabasas.” When you think the guy has lost his touch, he finds a way to show that falling off isn’t in the cards. Not sure if anyone is noticing, but this summer seems to have the Toronto native’s name written all over it.
Stream “Back On Road” and “4Pm In Calabasas” above and enjoy.
For all things Drake, keep up with him here.
